Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

We process and dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt - please note, this does not include weekends or public holidays. 

Orders received by 3pm from Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Any orders made after 3pm or at the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Please note that delivery times are an estimate therefore are not guaranteed due to circumstances out of our control. We are not able to refund delivery costs in the event that your order arrives out-with the estimated delivery time frame. Working days are Monday to Friday. Deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday or on a Bank Holiday.
